Is there a Intel Dual Core Optimizer?

I know AMD has a Dual Core Optimizer and it is meant to really smooth out its use in multitasking and high demanding games. It can be found from there website here:

I was wondering if Intel had one? Google didn’t really help.

No. AMD released it due to some sort of problem with Windows and their dual cores. I don’t think Intel has ever had any such problem.
