Is my computer safe?

I doubt my computer is a victim to a virus attack?! It’s become dead slow and hangs up at times I have KIS installed on my system. Is there a way to check if everything’s alright? I even want to check if all the ports are secured and no keylogger is sending info through my firewall. Can someone help me remedy this?
I don’t want to format and reinstall the whole thing. I use Vista.

hey buddy.., listen to me…, for this u need to have some softwares…
1) PC tools which is very very powerful when compared to antivirus [ but first u should stop kaspersky and run pc tools scan and later u can on kaspersky again,cause it will slow down ur pc if u run both scans at a time ] 2) U need to download Tune up Utilities and run complete scan…,it will recover some space and will boost ur pc for sure…
3) The best Anti virus…kaspersky is best…,but according to me….symantec end point protection is the best….,jus try it….it will help u for sure….
u can also use ~ Rogue Software BANNED ~ to keep all registry perfect
note:-
if u daily update all these softwares and use them…im sure ur sys will be the best

For viruses, scan with KIS. Simple. And fix the problems. If still its slow, you might be having a huge number of temp files, registry probs, installed softwares, etc
Optimise everything with tune up utilities 2008 (Dont use 2009)

yeah Tune Up Utilities is great…
your KIS is daiy updated?? if so not to worry about virus…
or if u still worry about virus try to install Hijackthis program and post the log result in Helpdesk and wait for the expert examine your computer…
i’m not the part of that expert though… LOL…

Tune Up Utilities 2008 working crack
Its more stable than 2009. Dont know, I prefer it.
