Importing a ripped TV show to Itunes……

I have just downloaded the most recent episode of The Eastenders and am trying to import it to Apple Itunes so that I can play it through Apple TV on my television…but I can seem to be able to import it, is there any trick that I need to know to make this possible……thanks in advance for any help that anyone can supply.

What file format is it in? I think it can only play MPEG-4 and H.264

you need to convert the video to mp4.

i recommend using winavi mp4 converter.
