I need to ask a guitar expert a question

Hey guys,
Im not that sure on guitars at the moment. The brands and models of guitars I have come to are:
Ashton -model not specified-
IBANEZ RG170
and Yamaha Pacifica

Which ones are better compared to eachother?

The Yamaha Pacifica is a good guitar (It was my first guitar), it’s perfect for the beginning guitarist and if haves a good sound.
Maybe if you play only metal and hardrock etc.. with heavy distortion maybe the Ibanez is better but I need to hear the sound of it.. (never tested that model)
The Yamaha has also a nice price for his ‘performance’
It think the pacifica is the best one.

You sure cannot go wrong with the Pacifica, but the same applies to the Ibanez RG series. I have never heard of the brand Ashton, so no comment on that.

I completely agree with ‘s comment although Yamaha Pacifica was my first one and hence i will vote for that .
Ibanez RG series – My big bro recently got that but i didn’t hear it so no comments on that one.

I googled for Ashton and I saw it are starters packets (guitar/bass + amp +..)
Don’t buy it!
