expert in photoshop needed

Hello friends,
Recently one of my friend showed me some of his pics and some of them were just great,like He is on teh front page of an magazine which two girls are reading,he is on a billboard that was just being set up etc.I know these pics are fake and he just replaced the orginal face or figure with his.It was a great fun and I want have some pics of me like that but unfortuanltely I dont know how to use photoshop to do that.
So,please if anyone of you know how to do this,can you please please make some pics of me like that?You can choose the picture you want but no vulgar pics please.I cant show them to anyone.I am uploading some pics whose faces has to changed with mine.Thankx a lot in advace.
