I need a JPG icon PLZ help

Hey guys, this may be confusing to follow lol but here goes. I need the original JPG icon. Just the plain JPG icon. I cant find this anywhere and its frustrating cuz all my jpg files have the Irfanview icon on them. I would also like it, if possible, to be in .ico format. Thanks guys!

the icon of a file depends on the program that it is associated with. read this:

the ‘default’ icon you want is probably the icon that Microsoft Picture and Fax Viewer assigns to the file (in XP, not sure what the Vista equivalent is). either change the file association, or use google to learn how to change icons without changing file associations. the icon is still on your computer, you just need learn how to link it to jpg files

Thank you for your replies, I will look through the links you gave. If anyone has the full version of file joiner I could just use that now that I think about it.
