icon problems….[SOLVED!]

okay, so my desktop has icons rightt? its normal.
but every title (under the icon) is highlighted in blue for some reason,
and i dont like it. thats what happens when i leave my PC unguarded,
and my little bro comes and plays with the settings…

now please tell me how to fix this, i hate that blue highlight…
