“I forgot my password” system doesn’t work?

My account “” was blocked because I had a virus.
Virus is deleted so they deblocked my account.
Now when I want to login the site say’s “please use I forget my password”
When I use that I get a mail with my new password.
But when I want to login, I get the same warning!
I did this 3 times but doesn’t work.
Any help (A)

i’v tried it on an other computer.. and finaly i’v got my account back!!
