plz help me, i forgot the password of a rar archive

plz help me, i’m totally lost & out of my mind. the other day i was trying to download a tutorial from r$. its ok, i got the link from . but the rar archive was password protected & i forget to get the password & now i cant remember from which post i got those link. i’ve only the links they are

then at least realise the benefit in leaving a marker on what you have downloaded by saying thanks – thus allowing you easy access to that file info again should you need a pw.
