[Help] Forgot Vista password

I recently changed my password for vista, because my brother kept getting on my computer. Now I can’t remember what I changed it to. Is there a way to somehow get back in? If not, can I use my friends vista installation cd and do a fresh install? I still have the code on the bottom of my laptop. Thx.

yes just fresh install windows

before loading in the windows vista press F8, then choose safemode, in the control panel click user acount, then removed the user.. restart ur pc..

I tried safe mode before, but you still need a password to login.
