I Have Got Windows Home Premium And I Wanna Upgrade To Ultimate Without Losing All My Data.
How Would I Go About Doing This?

If you run install process from Windows, you will be able to select an upgrade to ultimate.
As result you will have ultimate vista and your data and settings will be present.
or you can use Windows Anytime Upgrade. your data won’t be deleted.

Why upgrade to ultimate? It doesn’t offer anything usefull to normal users compared to home premium
