How to play .ACF Video files

I have some .ACF video files that I need to play. Does anyone know of a program to convert these video files or a plug-in to install so they would play in Windows Media player?

.acf are normally Photoshop graphics files…according to a Google.
You could run Mediainfo over the file and see if it can pick up anything in it.
