How to play .arv files?

The arv file was extracted from a security camera onto a tumb drive, and I can’t get it to play.
Its a video, and Microsoft Autoroute isnt the solution

Try winamp, it’s listed as supporting .avr

Other websites say it’s a file for use on a Mac, not a Pc
