Cant play video in Youtube

Hi !
I have a problem playing videos on youtube , when i set to 240 p it works great , but when i set to 360 and more, it starts to play like in slow motion , the voice works well but the picture stops.

P.S Even in facebook i cant play any video without blocking , when i download the same movie on my pc it works perfect .

This is because your internet connection is not fast enough to handle 360p.
Since you CAN play 260p it’s definitely NOT flash. It’s your connection.

I dont think is because of the interneet speed , because it is alredy loaded .
