how to fix high PING.?

I play Tanki Online Game, facing high Ping always (normal is 100 but goes 999 sometimes) there how can I fix this issue any body help me please?

The easiest thing to try is resetting your router, and restarting the PC.

tried many times but some times works some time not
face lots of lag while playing game

get a better ISP or package. move closer to your exchange.
