how to convert pictures to line drawings

anyone know i can convert photos into line drawings using photoshop. Or does anyone any good programs that can do it.

corel photopaint has it as an option. not a huge differeance between version 12 -14. Photoshop probably has it as well try searching the help for ‘line art’ You may need to run the tool a few times to get the desired effect by changing the dithering setting.

All Photoshops can do this kind of effect, with no effort, just by one click.

In Photoshop goto Filter>Filter Gallery and select Sketch and choose whatever effect you like
