How to Add Two Audio Tracks in Windows Movie Maker

I want to merge two audio tracks together. Have tried that in Windows Movie Maker but theres only one slot for audio.
Also converted one audio to a video file but it reduces its quality.
Does anybody know a program that does it right, or have an idea to do it in Windows Movie Maker.
