remove audio tracks from a video file from a movie from tv

Can anyone tell me what is the best software to remove audio tracks from a video file
i have recorded a movie from my tv onto dvd from a movie channel and the movie is in english which is great but at the end of the movie when the credits come up there is a talking voice of a woman saying that there is a another movie on this channel but the music in the background is still playing and i can hear it
so i just wondered is it possible to remove the woman talking at the end of the movie that audio and keep the music at the end of the movie so is this possible to do this can anyone help me with this problem

All video editing softwares can edit the audio tracks on a basic way.
The problem with what you are trying to accomplish is that your registration has only a track containing both the woman talking and the background music. They are not to separate things in the file but are only one thing. The only thing you can do to improve the situation is to cut off the frequencies common in voices and less common in music but this will make the music sound bad or really bad.
