Lets say one of them requires Adobe Flash Player to play. What will I need to record?
Others might require QuickTime and WMP. Dunno what the rest are, couldn’t find them.

Use windows media recorder. You can rip any sort of streaming media from any website, be it flash video, mp3s, anything. Then convert them at your will! You can get it here: http://www.google.com?t=463484

Answer #7
You don’t need to know the URL or anything for WMR. There is an auto function, and when you go to the page with the media on it downloads it for you, no work required! Good luck
