how do i copy files/mp3s to itouch from a pc

I tried to google this first before coming here but still no solution. I have a desktop computer with my mp3s and important files.
Is there any way I can copy files from my computer to my itouch?
My itouch is hacked, 2nd generation. Please let me know if this is possible and if you can show me exactly how to do this.

Ahh nevermind! just found the answer. For everyone else…use the import option in your itouch software.
