Homeplug help! [Solved]

I have a pair of TPLink TL-PA211KIT homeplugs.
I’ve connected 1 to the lan port of the router.
And the other one is connected to my laptop.
I’ve pressed and held the pair button on both plugs.
I can’t connect to the internet. Its says unidentified network,no internet access and shows with a yellow exclamation mark.
On both plugs the top and bottom lights are lit. From the manual it says power and ethernet LED.
The one on the middle (Powerline LED) is not lit on both home plugs.
Currently using wifi on he laptop, although the signal isn’t strong. Using a ~ Lovely ~ huawei HG256 router.

Have U Installed the ethernet drivers first onto computer ?

Yes I have, Called TPLink support, apparently I have not paired them properly. Now they’re working.
