Answer #1
is there a “boot menu” hot key (maybe F12) on the boot screen
where you can directly select your boot device
to change the boot sequence in the BIOS you would normally just select a device (ATAPI CD Rom) and hit the “plus” key top move it to the top
you looking under “Advanced BIOS Features”
First Boot Device [Removable]
did you look under “Removable Device Priority” to see that the CD is 1st
his mobo manual

Answer #4
Look at the bottom, it will say which keys to use, it may be something like f5/f6 to change it up and down.
Answer #5
in “Advanced BIOS Features” when you select “First Boot Device” and hit enter, what’s that menu look like
can you select “CDROM” there
Answer #6
Try the space bar to select, and U/D for up and down if F5/F6 don’t work.
Answer #7
