Hey can you see my avatar? It doesnt load

Hey I uploaded a new avatar but it doesn’t load very fast, anyone know whats happening?
It takes a really long time to load, is it a poor upload host?

Weird, it’s as if the HUGE 50mb TIF file that I used as my avatar wasn’t re-sized along the way. Are you supposed to resize the image your self before using it?
or is everyone who opens a page with one of my posts in it loading a 50mb avatar? (my avatar)
