Help reducing picture filesize

Please help me,
I need this picture reduced so I can use it as avatar.

that’s to reduce the pixels size, not the file size..

I use this thing called FastStone Photo Resizer. It works for me, and reduces the file size.

I had this problem.. if you have photoshop open the image then goto->file->save for web and devices and then go from there it drastically reduces file size, and adjustments in the settings show the new file size so you can lower the quality/settings till you hit the point

I always use this method and it does the job.
