There’s an English thread somewhere here, also most of these are very basic syntax / grammar rules, you should really do those by yourself, that way you will be able to remember them better.
Answer #2
If you need help…
1)in determining
2)to put
3)about
4)the question is not clear
5)except
6)it is wise to have a clear strategy.
7)different verbs can be put here… You should try “prepare”= Do prepare for the questions you want to answer…
8)listening
9)being
10)He will probably end-up losing market share.
11)create
12)experiencing
13)reluctant
14)I don’t know what they are referring to, but I’m sure it’s not the unexpected and I’m inclined to believe that the correct one should be the first…
15)I can’t see the bold expression in your image but I guess that it should be talk about it directly. In this case it is the first: get straight to the point.

Answer #7
It seems your test was created by morons in a hurry. Punctuation is frequently misplaced or omitted. A full stop belongs immediately after the final letter. Some of the questions employ incorrect English. The worst example is “Find up the most appropriate word”. Therefore it is sometimes necessary to guess the compiler’s intention. It is even possible the errors are intentional in order to detect alertness or initiative.
Here are my answers to the first batch of 15 questions:-
1. in determining [insert s to change factor to factors].
2. to put [insert an apostrophe to change customers to customer’s or customers’].
3. about [alternative: of].
4. tailored [require tailored solutions].
5. except
6. It is wise to have a clear strategy.
7. discriminate [alternative: prepare].
8. listening
9. being
10. He will probably end up losing market share. [end up is the correct phrase here; end-up is not a word].
11. establish [alternative: create. The task refers to blanks, yet provides only one. Demonstrate awareness and alter it to read “Fill in the blank with a suitable word” which is fair because this is an English test].
12. experiencing
13. reluctant [“Find up” is assuredly not correct English and it is legitimate to replace it with “Select”].
14. hands-off approach [the 2 alternatives are correct English but do not match the description. Correct “sopping” to “stopping”]
15. get straight to the point [The quickest way to correct the question is to insert “the” between “of” and “sort”. There are several alternatives].
This Test contains so many errors I suspect a ploy to provoke some initiative. As for the second batch of 15, it seems reasonable to let you try them yourself. The English Thread is a Sticky Topic within the Off-Topic section. Previously I requested the Moderators move that entire Sticky Topic to within this Helpdesk section. My explanation for that was deemed a rant.

Ummm?? I presume you are a racist or Muslim??

Answer #9
I am neither a racist nor a Muslim. I believe a person seeking assistance with English is more likely to try a section called Helpdesk than one called Off-Topic.
Answer #10
Hello again, can you answer at this please ?
The test is terribly easy, try doing it yourself. Maybe we made an error in answering the questions for you. We should help you not doing things on your behalf. Try to answer these questions and we will correct your errors if there are any.
