Help choosing software…

Hi all…
If I have movie files of different formats, like… mkv, avi, mp4… etc… etc, what is the best and easiest software to use to burn them to DVD that will play in a DVD player? And a good quality burn as well.

Doesn’t nero recompress the files before burning, quality loss.

Both Nero and covertx basically do the same thing and that is taking the original file and re-encoding it to mpeg-2. You will always lose a little quality although some softwares do the job better than others.

Hey … (or anyone)
I’m stuck…
Says conversion 100% and a blank DVD is in drive. Shows “In Que” but no burn button anywhere. I’m lost, will not even let me save as new project.
