Help choosing parts for new CPU..

1> Graphics card which drags power from the mobo (i thinkin abt mine which is hd5670..)
2> DVD drive of which company? (cheapest, good)
3> Harddisk 2 tb of which company? (same, cheap n good)
thx… will (not) share some of d profitz!
Graphics if its worth money , if not then I would keep the 2tb drive. Storage comes in handy

his son.. well he plays some games.. when he returns… so i guess ill need the graphics card.. and he told he needs lot of storage for all his files…
Any OEM burner will do, I think they are about $15 in the US, Sony Optiarc (NEC) are the best IMO
HDD’s are expensive at the moment due to the Thailand flooding, 2TB ones are 2-3 times the usual price.

if your on a budget i would go with an old gpu dx10 or so. that still packs a punch.

You have given no budget, what psu are you using, what is the pc mainly going to be used for ?
Any optical drive is fine. They are all equally useless and equally loud.

HD 6670 is probably the best graphics card that doesn’t require 6 pins form the PSU.

A low one, probably 400…
