Harddisk Files Removed Serious Problem,Please Helped Me!

It is Samsung 1TB harddisk.
But now i have problem.They said before changed it i have to moved my all files to my another external harddisk.
I already did it yesterday but i hear if i formatted my harddisk then also my all files can recover using software.
The company buy all PC/laptop product from China.Now i have problem and i fear very very much.
If china or PC repair shop any staff recover my all files and used it for bad?Then?
It never happened but if happened then?I don’t want someone do this.
This is my request to you all,tell me if I do what then after removed my harddisk all files No Second people can’t recover my any files?Is there anything you know?
I have many photo/personal files have in my harddisk.I don’t want someone watch that and blackmailed/watch everything i have.
Anything can happened anytime right? Tell me can it happened?If happened how can i delete all files from my harddisk PARMANENTLY?

use that after you have backed up your files burn that to a cd and nuke the hdd this does work and i did it my self and used microsoft coffee and others and could only get desktop.ini so no files was on the drive or info.

So they replaced the hard drive for free, ask for your old one back take a hammer and drill to it and burn it after
Try ActiveKillDisk or BCWipe to clear all your data.
: due to it still being under warranty they do not have to give you the hdd and if they replace it they have to send it back to the manufacture so from what i can see they gave him the hdd back just for him to get the files back so he cannot do anything other than wipe the drive.

I didn’t report it, but the board is ENGLISH ONLY and you posted that foreign crap! …….. I don’t know why Ste#. didn’t delete it. ( I know it’s coded, but you are replying to another member in a foreign language and that’s not cool)

You will find Active Kill Disk on Hirens Boot CD.
Enter the BIOS (holding Delete key down on boot up usually gets you into the BIOS) and check that CD/DVD drive is first to boot.
Download Hirens Boot CD .iso, burn it to a CD, put the CD in your drive then reboot your computer ….. if the CD doesn’t autoboot when your computer starts watch out for a message saying something like ‘press a key to boot from CD’ then press any key on your keyboard. Look for Hard Disk Tools then use Active Kill Disk.
You will find Active Kill Disk on Hirens Boot CD.

the best way to destroy all data of the harddisk is to “lowlevel format” the hard disk. but even then hackers have utility programs that can recover data from multiple lowlevel format.
but first, there’s maybe little chance that your hd would go back to china. i dont know the deals of the shops, but most probabely the high ur hd would go is, from the small dealer u bought from, to the main samsung dealer head quarter of ur country or region. but even that samsung dealer hq, or the small dealer u bought from, most probably had given extra hd for these warranty issue.
so in the end that hd maybe get fixed or be scraped in the diagnostic center nearby. in fixing or to use the hd as their own it could be lowlevel formatted several times.
normal accountants who might have interests in someone’s personal info, dont usually get hold of powerful tools that can recover file after several lowlevel format.
ok these are just my personal opinions. but for ur condition u can do two things->
1. using bios tools
2. using gui lools
1. using bios tools:
if u r not new in using bios then, search and download “hiren boot cd”. then burn the iso to a disk. restart the pc and boot the disk. now for using what tools, there are various tools to do many hings, u probably able to solve the problem of ur hd by some fixing tool like hdd-regenarator. but to destroy hd data or lowlevel format, there are many tools in the “harddisc” option, some probably best for doing specific work, but i prefer “brand” ‘s tool, means-> for maxtor brand i’ll use maxtor-powermax, for hitachi i’ll use ibm hitachi tools. in ur case u’ll see 3 samsung utility, i’d use “Samsung HDD Utility”, then select ur hd by name and id after that look for lowlevel format.
2. using gui lools:
heres also 2 way->
a)
if u nave multiple hd, and the hd that u have the operating system partition (c:/) is different from ur working hd (the bad samsung), then u can full format (not quick) that hd’s partitions multiple time. in case u wonder- format or low level format means writing “0” to all the sector that used to have -data(with 1 & 0 bit in different way in 8 places form a byte, then 1024>kilo>>mega>>giga>>tera…) & free space , while quick format or deleting the files means just writing 0 to the first, last of the file also first, last of the fragments sectors of the file and deleting the index. {i could be wrong here, (!but i dont think so!)}
b)
again, if u nave multiple hd, and the hd that u have the operating system partition (c:/) is different from ur working hd (the bad samsung), then u can install partitioning soft like “Acronis Disk Director” or “Paragon Partition Manager”. these softs have a option like “wipe disk” or “source erase” that is similar to lowlevel format. just select the hd and wipe. i prefer acronis

uninstall all the games first then delete remaining files..
then proceed with hdd nuking
