Harddisk failure of saving files

My PC Harddisk is splitted in 2: C:\ and D:\
Everytime i save any files or program in D:\, it automatically delete it and leave a folder “My Files” but the content of the folder is empty.
How can i solve this problem, do i need to download any program(what is it) to solve my problem or just reformat it?

Try and format it, Then try and save the files again!

Complicated problem…
Get a thorough anti-virus check.
If that doesn’t help then———> FORMAT
