GSM gateway ?

anyone know if GSM gateway can do something like this
i want to achieve the following.
the test !
i have my cell #
i have a home #
I WANT TO call from home number and dial out from the cell #
is that possible ?

It’s called a pilot number and is done via software/hardware at your end (namely a PABX system) with the consent and assistance of the local phone operator. From the looks of it you seem to know nothing about telephony or PABX systems so I suggest you don’t bother with this until you learn the basics. It’s not as easy as it sounds.

i have done some reading on pbx but im not sure what kind of hardware would i need .i believe GSM gateway is needed .then is there GMS pBX ?
so what kind of hardware would i need i am willing to learn point to the the right direction thanks
