good headphones that will last

August 7th, 2016

Hi all. I been trying to buy some headphones that I will be able to use with my COMPUTER and when released, the PS4 and XBOXone. Now, I have seen a few in the past week or so, but I cant really decide nor do I know if they will actually work on the PS4 and XBOXone. Just want to know if anyone here can help me out.
I need some headphones that in 2 years I can still use and wont need to replace them because they SUCK already… I am not hardcore gamer or anything like that. I play 1 or 2 games and that is about it. I just mostly want them so that when the GF is a sleep, I can watch my TV shows and other things and not disturb her… so I do need them wireless.
If anyone can please guide me, that would be awesome.
PS. These are the ones I saw at the store, now if there are any others better, or that you recomend, please LINK me and I will look into them.
Thanks.

I’ve been a fan of Sennheiser’s offering. You might want to look in to their RS170 Wireless headphones if you have the quids to spare.

If it’s not really for gaming that Sennheiser, AKG, Shure, etc.
Have a look at WhatHiFi.

I currently have the AKG 550’s, could do with more bass but the quality is good.

I find them over rated and over priced for what they are. Better quality can be had for the same money.

I wholeheartedly agree with your statement.
Monster’s Beats line of products have always had overdamped highs, underdamped lows and muddy mids.
Sennheiser, AKG, Grado and other professional standard and quality headphones are the ones that you should look out for if you’re an audiophile.
