Best MP3 + headphones?

I’m looking to buy an mp3, but not wanting to spend over around 100 dollars. I have looked at a lot of them, and understand that I’m probably asking for too much, but is there any mp3 around 100 dollars with internet browsing capabilities? I know about creative x-fi2, and cowon s9, and old ipod touch’s, but are there any others? Also, what are the best headphones for around 50 dollars? I’ve heard of the klipsch image s4, but thats about it.

oops sorry, umm earbuds, inner ear too. And I do want to get the itouch 4th generation, but unless you guys can find some ridiculous deal, I doubt it is possible. Also, I live in America.

If I remember correctly the Zen X-Fi2 doesn’t have Internet capabilities. Also the screen was way too resistant for my taste, but the sound quality was great. I used a pair of Sennheiser CX-300 II with them and that setup sounded great.
As for Internet capabilities, I don’t think there’s any MP3 out there that offers that for under $100
