Fallout New Vegas

I have an error with freezing, momentarily the game freezes and then it continues. I have Patch 2 for FalloutNV.
So help with this error? It’s annoying.

System specs? Did you try the DLL fix?

I tried the dll fix, It instantly freezes while loading my save. So I had it removed.
