Fallout New Vegas TPTB

Hello all.
I have just installed Fallout new vegas by tptb but it keeps crashing and returning to desktop.
Could someone tell me how to fix this problem please.

Try installing the latest update…

install latest directx, install latest patch of the game, apply the right crack of it…

Check this lot of users complaint the same..
No fix yet i guess..
