Doesnt Detect its installed [HELP]

hi , i am trying to uninstall this program , ive gone into the folder to the uninstall.exe thingy but says an error like its not online.
so i go to control panel and add and remove and its not on there either…
anyone got any suggestions or help?

Thats a bad program it reminds me of Norton. It embeds itself to the OS so much, just like a virus.
Step 1. Uninstall System Mechanic 7
Uninstall System Mechanic 7 using the Add/Remove Program function in the Windows Control.
Panel and restart the computer as prompted.
Click the Windows Start button.
Click Run. (Vista users can access this through Programs>Accessories>Run)
In the Open: box, type �regedit�.
Click OK.
On the left, expand the folder HKEY_CURRENT_USER and then expand Software.
Navigate to the Software\iolo\System Mechanic 7 folder.
Right-click on the System Mechanic 7 folder and select Delete.
Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Close the Registry Editor.
On the Windows desktop, double-click on the My Computer icon.
Double-click on Local Disk (C.
Navigate to Program Files\iolo\.
Right-click on the System Mechanic 7 folder and select Delete.
Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Close all open windows and restart the computer.
So you need to delete its registry keys that it left behind, if it says that it cant do it go to Services.MSC turn off its services or remove its registry keys in safe mode. If that doesnt fully remove it i would just reformat, crap like that messes computers up. Im suprised how people use it and EVEN buy it from them knowing its bad. Its suppose to fix comp problems and does opposite lolz

ye when i installed it , Kaspersky came up with it Trojan.Generic , read about them they sound nasty xD
ive reported the topic made where i downloaded from but its still able to be downloaded :S
but it dont come up in control panel @1st post
using that program and it cant find it there :S
