Dell video card problem.
January 25th, 2020
so i rang dell and told them my problem, they said to first remove each ram and test the other, that didnt work, so i was told to remove the video card to see if that was the problem, yet i cannot locate it, i know where the RAM is the network card the hard drive, and CD drive but not the video, unless this card is intergrated.
ARGH please help guys,
thanks
Do you have a Dell Laptop or Desktop?
sorry, its a dimension desktop 5150, forgot to mention
your video device is located where you plug your monitor or flat screen
well i first thought that, but excuse me for my lack of knowledge, that plug is connected to the whole “circuit board” which im guessing is the motherboard?
Sure you don’t have integrated graphics?
It’s integrated..It can’t be removed…
Maybe you need a bios update…
arghhh, stupid dell technicans
now that we know its integrated to the mainboard, so what is the problem?
