Computer hanging

my computer is sometime hang and can’t do nothing .. even can’t move mouse point and can’t call task manager .. so i waited few min after computer is
normal back .. sometime i can’t wait so i put off the plug after computer restart booting is slow this time … why? what problem?
i think this problem is have 2 way
(1) harddisk is got bad sector
yes .. i have 2 harddisk .. first harddisk (C:)is still ok and using for windows .. second harddisk (D is bad .. see under the pic

(2) computer heating
my computer is fan is still new .. i ready change cooler master fan only got 2 month .. and then i take off the CPU cover and using
u guys also what do u think? problem is what? help me now i really disappointed .. keep hang is when i play online game

The HDD is the problem,Nothing else,You’ll have to replace it.

but another good harddisk is using for windows .. bad harddisk is only use for data … actually if data gone also nothing important for me

Doesn’t matter,A bad HDD can cause the OS to hang,Regardless to whether it’s running from it or not.

so i replace new harddisk after i should take out this bad harddisk or still can use? i think better take out this bad harddisk

k .. but can’t take out right now because i don’t have money for buy new disk .. but sure after change harddisk no more hang .. because i worry after change still hanging like this and problem is other

How is this related? I don’t see any reason to wait til then,You did mention you got no important data on it
and by removing it (or just disconnecting) right now,You’ll effectively resolve the problem.

i suspect overheating too .. here is result.. bad or not?

btw when computer is hang after restart computer DVD Drive also gone

however after next day (maybe rebort 4 time 5 time ) DVD Drive is auto back
i really disappointed .. because this problem is long time ready .. still not yet resolve .. i wan to know exactly which part is problem ..

your HDD drives seem warm. but didnt we already tell you what you need to do ?

Well,The +12V voltage seems too low,But motherboard sensors are not always accurate so it’s hard to say whether
it’s indeed the case or not. Might be a good idea to add more case fans if possible or clean up the current ones,As noted
above the HDDs temp is a bit high (but not critically high,The max temp for desktop HDDs is 55C)

Next this happens,Check if it’s recognized in device manager (Winkey+R>Devmgmt.msc)

As I already pointed out,The bad HDD (WD) is most likely the problem,Disconnect it and see how it goes.

ya .. i ready check in device manager .. did’t see DVD rom

at first i try to replace new harddisk if still problem i will be burning my computer

your system hanging is going to have entries in “windows event viewer”. I HAD random “hanging”, while
doing random things. I spent hours trying to find the issue.
Fresh install fixed it.

Yeah – but in this case his storage hdd is causing the issue, it is quite plain to see.

now keep slow booting and lost DVD rom .. what do u think u guys? computer hanging problem is cause HD bad .. how about DVD drive lost? why i lost DVD drive? actually normally next day after 4 time 5 time rebort DVD rom is auto back .. now still no see .. so now i can’t install new windows
PS:sorry for bad English if u guys don’t understand what i mean
