buy a new computer how this ?

hi i buy a new computer and i want ask if this a good computer so …
Prosesor : Intel pentum dual core G840 / 1155 Tray (what is it chpset or fan?? ) Colleer intel 1155 /1156 up to 73W
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H61M-S1 Retail
Memory: DDr3 4G/1600 Hynix
Hdd: Toshiba 500GB 7200 32M 3.5″ SATA3
DVD: DVDRW LITE-ON X24
And Computer Housing : Infinaty MicroATX R227 400W
for alll this i pays 1179 Nis is about 340$ how the hardware and how the prise?

personnally thinking, it’s Bad,
at least Go with AMD with a little bit high config,
PS: I don’t like the Cpu and the mATX mobo.
