CoD Lag for no reason? (4-7)

Hi All,
I have used can you run it and it says that i can run cod 4,5,6,7; but when i try to play them on my laptop they lag as hell…

I’m sure that Black Ops will lag little.
Modern Warfare won’t lag.. It should be smooth.
PS: What’s your video card?

i am running it at pretty much the lowest setting.
