Call of Duty Modern Warfare

August 2nd, 2016

Hello All.
Im experiencing a problem with my graphics card.
Whenever i play and shoot a weapon it doesn’t fire smoothly. When it fires its as if is lagging.
And whenever i move my mouse quickly some edges become jagged.
don’t have these problems with my other computer which has a 9800GT. But this problem simply should occur in the 9600Gt either.
System Specs:
9800GT 1GB
500GB HDD
4gb DDR3
intel i5
Asus motherboard
Thanks

did you update your video card drivers and direct x? also something i’ve noticed on my system too, except i have an ati radeon 4850 is.. if you set all settings to EXTRA for video settings in advanced.. the game skips, it’s really annoying.
try settings everything to high.

Well since we both live in Australia, I’m sure we both know that our internet sucks, yer? Did you download a full rip, or rip to make sure you don’t use up your monthly cap? If so, you may have to download a full ISO (I had problems with lag when I downloaded COD4 last month). Also, turn off your AV while playing, that helps me a lot. Kaspersky 2010 seems to lag games a lot more than 2009. Also, as said, make sure you update your graphics card – very important. Use driver genius, as it’s very useful (download it from here). It searches your system for all the drivers you have, checks the internet for updates and downloads them straight to your computer without you having to search for the updates. Another thing – make sure you defrag and clean your computer regularly. I suggest you use Auslogics Disk Defrag and CCleaner to aid you. Another program I highly recommend it Tuneup Utilities 2010.Make sure your computer isn’t clogged up by unwanted junk. To do this, hold Windows + R (or click on start and go to run) and type in “msconfig” without the “. Hit enter and go to the startup. Go through each process by googling it to ensure you don’t have any data wasted. Also, do Ctrl+Alt+Delete and check each process you have by again using google. Lastly, make sure you’re free of any viruses by scanning with Malwarebytes, Superantispyware and Spybot Search & Destroy.
