HELP with Call of duty: modern warfare 3

I downloaded the blackbox version of the game..and exactly after 9.5% of the game completion I get this error ..If someone could please help me!

Allow me to translate. “Ran out of memory” means that you “Ran out of memory”.
How much RAM do you have, and what is your pagefile set to?
PS: Other issues could be that your using the black box version (and not reloaded one), or that your running windows vista =(

I’m running on a windows vista with 3 gb of ram!
and an ati radeon hd 5670!
what can i do to solve this?

And lots of space in the hdd

I asked you what the status of your pagefile was, and you ignored the question.
With only 3GB of ram if your pf was disabled, you will get that error.
But I am not pulling teeth to help you, good luck sir.

I dont know what is a page file man..ho do i change it?
Ok i got what you are saying..i didnt see it earlier but now i checked it out and its set to system managed….how much of it should i set from the C drive?

3GB of ram with pagefile enabled should be fine for ram. I play MW3 with no lag on an E4500, GTS 250 and 2GB of RAM w/ a fixed 2GB pagefile.
IMO, this is why I never download black box. You should have gotten the reloaded one.

Got it man! THanks a lot.. …it worked…
download speeds arent that high where i live…its about 200kbps of download..so i went for BLACKbox…anyway i’ll keep that in mind thanks
