Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Will it run in my Laptop?

I have a toshiba a300 with 4gb ram, ATI HD3470 and Intel P8600.
Will Call of duty 4 run? I installed world at war and it was suuuuper slow.

CPU and RAM are good. About graphics chip:

Looks like you need to choose the low settings to be able to play, so you are good to go.
