Buying IPod Touch 4thGen battery

I wonder if anyone knows a website (preferably in the UK) where I can buy a spare battery, with the tools I need.
I saw sites selling batteries for the Ipod Touch 1st-3rd generations but I am not sure if these are the same batteries.

I looked at ebay before I posted, but could not find any for the 4th generation Ipod.
The only thing I found was external batteries, but I am looking for a internal replacement.
