Best way to boost speed when uploading to rapidshare?

There is no way. You are limited to the upload speed given to you by your ISP (internet service provider). The only thing you can do to get a faster upload speed is to get another ISP or a better subscription.
And shut down any other program that might use some upload speed aswell.
MSN, Torrent etc.

Well then why do I pay for an 8 MB internet connection and my dl speed is ~1.5MBPS max? But I understand what you’re saying!
