[UPLOADING]Upload Speed Too Fast?

well when i try to upload to any website,webserver it starts off uploading @ 20-50megabytes per second then it just slows down and goes @ 0 and stays there, well this only happens for mediafire, but other websites it stays there once its 100% done, and im using cable

and by the way i just uploaded these images to tinypic and it uploaded perfectly because im guessing their image files and their small

Ask MF as its an issue with them
