[ask] Pay program to convert divx/xvid avi to x264 mkv ?

There are many great freeware GUI like Staxrip, Megui, Media Coder, etc which allow us to convert anything to x264 mkv, but how about shareware programs which do the same, are there something like that floating around the market ?
