Android Flash Problems

August 17th, 2013

Hi Everyone, Staff and Members and Visitors
I have a few problems with my Android 2.2 device.
details:
DDR2 256MB RAM
600MHz Processor
4.3 Multi-touch screen, 480×272 resolution
I don’t really know the devices official/commercial name
the store that sold it called it mp5 and on the web I find similar devices called tablets/pads.
I do know it’s made by a chinese manufacturer called Qtec
But I couldn’t find their website.
I just disovered that the Device’s name is actually: Ingenic Xam5001,
just like the Android market website recognized it, I thought it had a mistake because I never encountered that name before.
but Still, hard to find relevant search result with tihs name.

The big problem is, there is no flash support in websites or apps even though I have a Youtube app that came in with the device and I can watch Youtube videos from the browser too.
If I enter a similar site, I get the message that there is no Adobe Flash Player
or that I don’t have the latest version of it, or that Java is disabled. or that my browser does not support flash.
I couldn’t find Adobe Flash Player on the market, I got it elsewhere, but when I try to install it, I see the install progress bar for a few seconds then I get the message that the application was not installed. and that happens with most of the apps that I get from outside the Android Market.
I got the Dolphin Browser but the flash problem is there too.
I asked the store that sold me the device and they said they’re waiting an answer from the manufacturer, so I thought maybe I can get the solution here from my dear experienced staff and members.
I would love to read any suggestions since I’ve looked in Google and couldn’t find any relevant information. I couldn’t even find one official/commercial name for my device.
and I’d love to know if there is an alternative for Adobe Flash Player.
Thanks a lot

thanks a lot for trying to help
I reached that site while I was searching In Google, but unfortunately I couldn’t find a post that talks about my specific problem in a device that is similar to mine. not even in a device that is not similar to mine..
and that’s why I decided to present my issue here
If you’re certain I’ll find an answer there and you advice me to search again,
then I will.
but I would still be hoping someone here would have a solution or a suggestion for my specific problem.
thanks
