I have a China gadget: Epad A704J. I know it’s trash but it’s all I got. I need to flash a new firmware. I read many tutoriels with livepacksuit and Phoenix USB pro but always the same problem. When I connect the tablet to pc to flash i have to hold certain button and press many times the power button but PC doesn’t detect the tablet and nothing happens also i can’t start the tablet only after certain amount of time. And in this period of time whenever I plug it I get “Unknown device” message

You should install the tool provided(if there is any) of the device to install the drivers. Without the correct drivers you shouldn’t be able to flash it…

drivers, XDA (check them first) and check device manager.
