Easy editable flash template – Flash Template (Urgent) :)

Hey guys, thanks for your help. I am taking a flash class and I don’t have time to start a flash project, because I have a biology exam and whatnot.
Does anyone know a good webtemplate that is easy editable? Most template are swf converted to fla and it makes it hard and not very efficient to modify.
Anyway, if you have a good template recommend it asap thanks
