Adding date on Portable Hard Disk

I have some files that are not dated on my portable hard disk. Is there a way I can find out when they were created or modified?

tried right click and properties ? and is the view for those folders se to set to details

There’s no problem with my folders, because there dated perfectly. But for some reason these files aren’t..

have you looked for wsp file info (unless you know what they are

Its a W7p. file is from my keyboard( Motif es ) there’s no info file that comes with it. The thing that’s so strange is that these files used to be dated, and now the date created info just vanished.
Its there a program that can help me?

I would try booting in to dos or rcovery console and see if the dir command shows
